An original Victorian winged heart brooch in 18ct gold, topped with silver. The fine brooch has been beautifully made with a central turquoise heart accented by a halo and crown of rose cut diamonds and framed by intricately detailed angel wings in buttery antique gold. Originating from a deceased estate this brooch was cherished by the family for over a century and is offered in excellent condition.
