A beautiful antique style rose cut diamond ring. The centre stone is a lively rose cut diamond with a spread equivalent to a 1.25ct oval cut diamond. The natural stone has been set in a antique style setting with foil underneath it, giving the diamond a greyish tone we just love. Surrounding the centre stone is a halo of smaller rose cut diamonds, each stone carefully inlaid into the silver setting. There are a few areas of discolouration under the diamonds, but other than this, and some small nibbles viewed with magnification, the stones are in good condition.
The head of the ring is modelled with a traditional Georgian style collet with an 18ct gold button back setting leading to a timeless yellow gold band. The ring sits comfortably on the hand with a smooth back and low profile, perfect for everyday wear. The perfect heirloom piece for any collection.
